About BSG Designs

My mission for opening this internet store is to make available to others many of the things that I love in my life: Fabrics, fashion, color, creativity, sexuality, whimsy and vintage fun. I truly believe that you can never have too many bags or shoes. I think that ought to be written in the Bible somewhere or put into the Constitution under inalienable rights. Secondly, I know that just because I'm a mother of two small children does not mean that I'm no longer sexy, attractive or hip (just let me be in denial). Lastly, I believe that too many women lose sight of who they are and where they were headed before diapers, spit-up and soccer games.

Me? Yes, I am a buxom lass. And yes, I will wear a tight sweater now and then. I still like to go out with the girls, let my hair down on the dance floor, and get a little rowdy.

You? Hopefully, you love to look good, like to have fun with your clothes, and enjoy owning quality handmade originals (or at the very least, you like strangers to come up to you and ask, “Where on earth did you get that fabulous bag?!?”)

Since my fantasy of starting my own all-girl punk rock/rockabilly group called “Ballistic Sweater Girls” fell through, I decided to take up the torch and continue my dream in a different vein. Just pretend this website is my rock band, but there are no guitars, drums, or microphones, and you guys are my groupies. Hee hee!
