Payment

BSG accepts the following forms of payment:

• Paypal electronic payment

  The good news is that with Paypal, you can use Credit Cards, Debit Cards, and even make e-check transactions. Financial information is kept private and secure exclusively through Paypal, so no worries. Also, there's no waiting for your check to clear.

• BSG Gift Certificates

  BSG issues gift certificates for any amount over $10. Once you've selected the amount for the certificate, an e-mail will be sent to you confirming receipt of payment. In 1-2 business days, you will receive another e-mail with a certificate voucher number and a 'certificate' to print if you wish. This number will be used by recipient for payment completion. The gift certificate will be valid for 1 year from the date of issuance of the voucher number, and any balance will be valid for 1 year after certificate's purchase.

• Personal Checks

  Here's how it goes. You mail the check to BSG Designs. When I receive it, I'll deposit your check withing 2-3 business days. Once the check transaction is completed and cleared, I'll send the package for which you're so eagerly awaiting. The whole process takes at least 2 weeks.

Shipping

Purchase price includes USPS First Class shipping. For rush shipping or other special requests, we will apply current postal charges only.

Warranty and Return Policy

All sales are final.

However, I personally guarantee products made by me, the original Ballistic Sweater Girl. This warranty includes seams, appliques, fabric and notion application for 90 days. In the rare case that something on your design rips, breaks or comes apart through normal everyday use, contact me and we can discuss repairs. Since each bag is different and usually made from rare and vintage textiles, repairs and/or replacement must be discussed on an individual basis considering availability of fabrics, notions and so forth.

Sales Tax

Since BSG is located in the Lone Star State, we have an 8.25% Sales Tax for Texas residents. For other state residents, sales tax is not applied.
